Group Classes
NEW classes starting April 4th and 5th! All are 8-weeks long - and designed to challenge, inspire and motivate anyone wanting MORE from their body!
You do not need to be a member of BreakAway to participate - members are 1/2 price!!

Bootcamp:
Meet at Polson Park Mondays and Thursdays 5:15-6:15pm
Classic Bootcamp, We will be keeping this one outdoors until the snow flies!
Noon Bootcamp:
Mondays and Thursdays 12:10-12:50pm
There will be an added Yoga element every second Thursday
This is indoors so you can get in a quick workout on your lunch break
Kickboxing is Back!
Starts September 21, runs for 8 weeks. Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm
Learn how to kickbox and get a great workout from former champion Leah Goldstein.
Cycling
Tuesdays 5:15-6:15pm, Advanced Class
Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm, Strength Training for Cyclists/Runners
stay balanced and prevent injury with just the right amount of strength and stretch!
Saturday 9-10:30am, Advanced Class and 11am-12:30pm, All Levels
Join for 1 day a week or all four! Classes range from all levels to advanced. We will be cycling all winter long! Starts October 5, running until March
Yoga For All Levels
Starts September 19, runs for 8 weeks. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9:15-10:30am
Taught by Dawn Sharman. Experience centering and attention to breath, core strengthening, and Deep stretching
Kids Self Defense
Starts October 27, Thursdays 3-4pm
Kids learn Self Defense, Good decision making, fitness and Flexibility
Running Club
Sundays 9-10:30am Starting September 25
Free for Members. Includes intervals and stairs. Come improve your cardio levels.
